OBCF is owned and operated by Fran (Corona)Spine, a nurse with an extensive oncology billing background. Fran is a Past President of the New Jersey Society of Oncology Managers (NJSOM), and Hematology Oncology Leadership Network (HOLN). She is a Certified Hematology Oncology Coder (CHOC); Certified Administrator in Physician Practice Management (CAPPM); Certified Coding Specialist-physician based (CCS-p), and has over 27 years in the medical field. Fran consults many private Hematology/Oncology practices on reimbursement and practice management. She is also well known nationwide on her expertise, knowledge, and dependability for the community oncology practice.
